Refund & Replacement Policy

At Funded Frames, we custom-craft every premium frame to celebrate your trading milestones. Because each product is personalized and permanently printed with your unique uploaded certificate, we do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind or accidental orders.

Refunds or free replacements are ONLY applicable under strict conditions regarding transit damage, as detailed below.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Refund/Replacement

  • A refund or free replacement will only be approved if the product is found to be highly damaged upon delivery (e.g., shattered acrylic glass, a cracked frame, or a completely misprinted certificate text).

  • Minor superficial packaging scratches or slight dents on the outer shipping box that do not affect the frame do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Required (Strict Rule)

To successfully claim a refund or replacement for a damaged product, you must provide proof immediately upon opening the package:

  • The Rule: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you begin opening the courier parcel until the product is completely taken out and inspected.

  • The shipping label, tracking ID, and all sides of the original packaging must be clearly visible in the video before opening.

  • No Video = No Refund/Replacement. If a complete, unedited unboxing video is not provided, we will be unable to accept the damage claim, as all frames are double-checked for quality and securely packed before dispatch.

3. Strict 7-Day Deadline

  • Any damage claim and request for a refund or replacement must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (as shown on the courier tracking status).

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has passed will automatically be rejected.

4. How to Submit a Claim

If your product arrived highly damaged and you have the mandatory unboxing video, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@fundedframes.com.

  2. Include your Order Number (e.g., #FF1001) in the email subject line.

  3. Attach your Original Unboxing Video along with high-resolution photos of the damaged frame.

5. Refund Processing

  • Our quality assessment team will review your unboxing video and photos within 24-48 hours.

  • Once approved, you can choose either a brand-new replacement frame shipped to you completely free of charge, or a 100% refund credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
