Welcome to Funded Frames. We are dedicated to delivering your trading achievements safely and swiftly to your doorstep. Since each frame is custom-made with your uploaded certificate, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time (Making Your Frame)

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• During this time, we review your uploaded certificate, optimize it for high-definition print, and custom-craft your premium acrylic frame.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders. We ensure that your package is tracked from our warehouse to your wall.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (after processing).

• Total Time to Reach You: 4-7 business days from the date of order.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Secure Packaging

Your milestone is valuable, and we treat it that way. Every Funded Frame is shipped using Secure Multi-Layer Packaging:

• Thick bubble wrap protection.

• Corner protectors to avoid transit cracks.

• Heavy-duty corrugated outer box.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number.

• The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the courier partner's link.

5. Damages and Issues

• We provide a 100% Transit Guarantee. If your frame arrives damaged, cracked, or broken during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@fundedframes.com.

• Share a clear photo or an unboxing video of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ship a brand-new replacement completely free of charge.

6. Address Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at info@fundedframes.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
